Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Prophetic Numbers collects and why, along with the choices available to readers and customers.
Information we collect
- Newsletter information: the email address you submit, the page or form where you subscribed, and the time of subscription.
- Purchase information: details needed to identify a product, confirm payment, deliver a purchase, and provide support. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by this website.
- Essential technical information: hosting, security, and real-user performance providers may process IP address, device, browser, performance, and request-log data needed to deliver, protect, and keep the site responsive.
- Optional analytics information: only after you accept analytics, Google Analytics may receive privacy-limited page, referral, device, browser, and site-interaction data. We do not send calculator entries or results, assistant messages, email addresses, payment details, or download links to analytics.
- Messages: information you choose to include when contacting the publication.
Analytics consent
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager do not load from this site unless you explicitly select Accept analytics. Selecting Decline analytics, closing the notice without a choice, or using the site before choosing does not block the calculator, newsletter, checkout, downloads, or other essential functions.
When analytics are accepted, analytics storage is allowed. Ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied. This site does not use a declined choice to send cookieless Google tag pings or claim modeled measurement.
Your choice is stored in this browser with the version of the consent notice. A materially changed consent notice will ask again. With consent, first- and latest-touch UTM campaign parameters, landing path, and referring source may be stored in this browser for up to 90 days and attached to checkout metadata so acquisition can be reconciled with a purchase. Paid-ad click identifiers and calculator content are excluded from that attribution record.
You can review or change the choice at any time through Privacy settings in the site footer. A decline or withdrawal clears locally stored campaign attribution used by this site.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site, maintain the subscriber list, prepare publication updates you requested, process and fulfill purchases, respond to support or privacy requests, prevent abuse, and—with consent—understand whether the publication is useful.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, subscriber storage or automation, email delivery, analytics, payments, and digital fulfillment. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their role and operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the site and its users.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and security
Subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. Transaction records may be kept as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, and support. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Any marketing email sent from the subscriber list must include a way to unsubscribe. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information. Submit a request through the contact page. We may need to verify that the email address belongs to you before completing a request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the publication and its service providers change. The date at the top will identify the current version. Material changes will be presented clearly on the site or through an appropriate notice.
